Facilities and Amenities 

Parking

Free on-site parking is available in front of the museum.

 

Ramp and Elevator

Our exhibits are accessible to wheeled devices with a ramp at the entrance and an elevator that goes to the lower level.

Guided Tours

Take a tour of our upper exhibit with our Volunteer tour guides to learn more about Manitoba's Electrical history.

 

Coat Room

Backpacks and large bags are not allowed in the exhibit upstairs. The Manitoba Electrical Museum has a coat room on the first floor near the reception desk. We do not operate a coat check and are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Public Wi-Fi

We offer our visitors free Wi-Fi. 

 

Support persons

Admission is free for one person accompanying a person with special needs.

  

Wheelchair 

Wheelchairs are available on a

first‐come, first‐served basis. Ask the front desk if you would like to use one.

  

Washrooms

Washrooms contain wheelchair accessible stalls. A change table is also available located in one of the washrooms.

 

Group Tours

Group Tours (10+ people) that require tour guides are welcome.
